Mental Health
Mental health claims can be especially challenging for veterans. The first hurdle is recognizing a problem and getting treatment. Veterans often face challenges from VA with proving that their mental health condition began during service or was triggered by something that happened during service. Service members are often encouraged to “suck it up” and put the good of the group ahead of self. While this may benefit the mission in the short term, it can often lead to long-lasting mental health issues that go untreated for years. No matter what your diagnosis, we will work with you to develop the evidence necessary to win your claim.
