Fees and costs are governed exclusively by any signed fee agreement between you and ProVet Legal, P.A.
If no signed fee agreement exists:
- No legal representation is established.
- No fees are owed for initial case evaluations or consultations.
- ProVet Legal is not obligated to provide legal advice or representation.
4. Communications and SMS Messaging
4.1 Consent to Electronic Communications
By providing your email address and/or phone number, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including emails, phone calls, and text messages related to your inquiry, case status, appointments, follow-ups, and client support.
Consent to receive communications is not a condition of purchasing legal services.

Program Description:
By opting into SMS communications from ProVet Legal, P.A., you agree to receive non-marketing text messages related to your legal inquiry, case updates, appointment reminders, document requests, follow-up communications, and feedback/review requests. Message frequency may vary.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to +1 660-653-5948. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
