Born at Kirtland Air Force Base Albuquerque, New Mexico and raised in a military family, I moved often before settling in sunny Sarasota in 1999. Those early experiences shaped my passion for advocacy and fueled my commitment to helping others find stability and support. For over 20 years, I’ve been honored to serve families through my work in Education and Intake at a local homeless shelter. I’m a proud mom to my daughter, who just started her sophomore year of high school. In my free time, I love writing, watching football – Go Gators!, playing volleyball, and finding new adventures with my family, which often include the beach, camping, and traveling to anywhere new and exciting.
